When I went through the interview process in the summer prior to COVID, I had three consecutive behavioral interviews. The first two were conducted by middle managers who, after hiring me, oversaw my work directly. The last interview was conducted by the managing director, who wasn't directly involved in my growth, but was always present for the team in deck reviews and available to answer questions. I had no case studies and the interview questions were very standard. When the managing director held his interview, we spent most of the time going over the questions that I had for him about Marwood.
