I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marwen in Oct 2021
Interview
30 minute phone interview with department head. Then an hour and a half interview with various departments; It was split up into three sections so it was more like back to back interviews. I admire the organization but was truly disappointed in their lack of communication. They didn't have the courtesy to inform an applicant of their status even after a follow up, which sounds like it has happened to others. Never heard from them again. I applied in October 2021.

What strategies in your role would you use to center creative youth development?
I applied online. I interviewed at Marwen in Mar 2021
Interview
30 minute phone interview was conversational and easygoing, was told to expect a follow up either way within a week which is pretty standard. Was then ghosted by interviewer with no further updates provided. Sent follow up emails 10 days and 3 weeks after the interview and still no response. Lack of courtesy towards applicants.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marwen (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process felt very light & friendly. I interviewed with two individuals who had actually read through my resume and were interested in my experience and personal art practice. I was asked many questions about my art practice, my teaching experience, experience working with youth, and why I thought the role would be a good fit for me. Afterwards, I was given a tour of the facilities. I was notified I got the position within a two weeks. Overall a great interview experience.
