First round was a video screen and the second round was a screen with the Recruiter that was rescheduled not once, not twice, but three times. Phone screen ran over because she was late and she said we would schedule a follow up to answer my questions. A few days later I was auto rejected for the role. It was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had as a candidate.
