Multiple rounds, starting with the direct hiring manager. Global people leader was involved as well. There was an assignment and a scheduled presentation. After the presentation, the interview process simply stopped with a boilerplate email and no feedback whatsoever. The interviews themselves were quite good, but the ghosting and lack of feedback is a serious problem.
Later, I discovered the same role (originally remote) being advertised in a specific location. This suggests that the position requirements changed, which should have been communicated when I solicited feedback.
