Got call from recruitment agency after screening my profile the schedule a telephonic formal round with the VP of Kolkata office.
Next week, The CMD of the company and a Technical person took my interview directly over video conference.
Later went through a formal HR round in Kolkata office.

How to manage slowness of IIS. How to handle DB hacking. Increase performance of DB or web application., etc.
