One of the worst interview experiences of my career. The procurement manager was visibly disengaged, dismissive, and appeared unprepared. There was no structure, no flow, and no attempt to conduct a professional interview.
The interview began with “Do you have any questions?”, immediately signalling a lack of interest in the candidate or the process. No effort was made to understand my background or experience.
Despite having 12 years of relevant expertise, I was made to feel that my experience had no value and that my time was a waste. The tone and body language throughout were negative and indifferent.
This experience reflects poorly on management and raises serious concerns about the company’s culture and respect for candidates.
