This was a very uncomfortable experience. One of the recruiters contacted me about the position and set up a phone interview. The recruiter was very friendly and went well so he set me up with an in person interview. That’s where it fell apart. From the moment the interviewer came to get me from the lobby he was completely silent with no small talk. Then we got to the room and it was he and another female interviewer. The male interviewer spent the whole time staring at my chest which made me extremely uncomfortable and the female ignored me the whole time and texted with her phone buzzing and staring at her phone the whole time not even looking at me. THEY contacted me about the position and during the whole interview made it seem very obvious they didn’t think my skill sets were a match, which is fine but they could have been cordial. I felt feeling so awkward and uncomfortable that somebody had just been making eye contact with my chest the whole time instead of my eyes. (And I was wearing a blazer and dressed conservatively, so it was very strange) I never heard back from them after the interview, but left confident I would not want to work for them regardless.

I had an excellent experience throughout the entire interview process. From the very first interaction, the communication was clear, timely, and professional. The recruiter provided a detailed overview of the role, expectations, and next steps, which made me feel well-prepared.
