Mission: At ManpowerGroup, we put over 400,000 people to work every day, worldwide.
I worked at ManpowerGroup full-time (Less than a year)
- work/life balance is respected
- management tries to understand what is the cause when issues occur
- nice colleagues
- no competitive salary
- promotion only possible if numbers are hit
- KPIs are for each industry the same
Advice to Management
Although ManpowerGroup is an American company, same KPIs for all industries and countries is not helping people to deliver constantly good results.
When you ask to achieve things, you need to provide the right and good materials. You cannot ask a carpenter to build a house and only give the nails but not the hamer because it costs too much.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ManpowerGroup (Dublin, Co. Dublin).
Intrview was ok, the HR manager that was there then was ok, it was a lot of talking om both sides.
There was not really a test for skills and technical knowledge.
It seems like this employer does not want to hire intelligent people, I actually got adviced to "dumb it down before the intrview.
And I did, cause I needed the job at that Point.
