1st round with the country manager for a presentation of the position and overall vision of the company in this part of the world. 2nd round with an online personnality/IQ test, limited in time. 3rd round with a senior Intl manager over the phone, more focus on my background and way of working than during the 1st interview. Every interviewer were open mind, enthusiast about their company and the position and willing to make me feel confortable.
