MandM Direct CC Manager interview questions

Quick, informal, relaxed and honest. The role was applied for through an agency. Agency then pre screened me through a 10 min telephone call. Following that, my CV was submitted and selected for initial interview. 1st interview was a 2 person panel and the second interview was a 1:1. Overall relaxed and informal which made it easier to demonstrate skills and experience.
