Malin Group interview questions

Initial 30 minute phone call to talk about some of the points on my CV and about the job. Second interview in person which included an engineering challenge. Had 2 hours to read over task and prepare. Then had meeting with senior manager and one of the engineers to talk them through my task solution, and general interview questions after.

Extremely poor, first interview had red flags, i was told the "company ethos" is that people should enjoy their work and not just be in it for pay, which definitely raised concerns. Was invite back for a second interview in person, interviewer should up late, blamed traffic and the school run but showed with a takeaway coffee cup. When asked if any questions I did ask the office opening times because I'd rather be early and avoid the traffic, which the interviewer seemed to take as almost a personal attack, presumably since they were late themselves. Received a rejection the following day and they offered feedback, which I requested the feedback and they just ignored.
