The process began with a 30-minute recruiter screening to review my background and interest in the role. Next was a call with the hiring manager, focused on experience, role alignment, and expectations. I was then invited to a panel presentation, where I delivered a mock demo to cross-functional stakeholders. Unfortunately, the final interview with sales leadership was a disappointing experience — the conversation felt dismissive and adversarial, raising serious concerns about team culture and leadership style.
