Consisted of 3-4 rounds of interviews, including the completion of a project pitching new products based on sales data and current market trends. Started with a phone screening, then someone on HR, then the hiring manager + a few other people on the merchandising team. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and the questions were not tricky, but it was a slow process compared to other experiences I've had.
