Farcical. Invited me into the office, left me patiently waiting without an answer for nearly 3 months. Played up the whole "we had to put interviews on pause to focus on other work". Then, got back to me with "we proceeded with other candidates". They re-posted the job within the same hour. They do not value your time with any serious intent.

I recently interviewed with them, and the experience was genuinely positive. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager made the conversations very engaging and professional. It was clear that they value interpersonal skills and know how to create a comfortable environment, going beyond just assessing technical expertise. Overall, the process felt thoughtful, respectful, and very people-oriented. I didn't get the job, but I had the chance to do the art test and got feedback as well.

Absolutely incredible. Attentive, cohesive, informative. They are exceptional when it comes to interviewing. They really want to engage with candidates and try to make the best fit. Furthermore, they were able to give me strong feedback after the fact.

They focused on what I currently did in my role and what my expectations were of my new role. It was a strong back and forth.
