MTM Lab Japan interview questions

Waited for the interviewer for over 30 minutes, and then they just sent a colleague of the same rank to interview you, making it seem like they're picking their work buddy. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. When you arrive at their office, they will ask you to sit in a meeting room without any preparation. After you fill out the application form, they will ask you to call the recruiter on your own...so weird..
