A entrevistadora explicou detalhes das atividades que serão de responsabilidade da pessoa que ocupar o cargo.
Processo seletivo extremamente desorganizado, havia 2 gestões e uma recrutadora, me constataram pelo LinkedIn e a entrevista foi pelo Teams, durante a entrevista parecia que estava falando com robôs, durante o processo os gestores perguntaram diversas coisas mas de maneira arrogantemente.

Interview
I completed a HireVue interview for a role at Motiva. While the process was smooth, it felt somewhat impersonal, with no opportunity for interaction or follow-up—no feedback or status update after submitting. I also reached out to a hiring contact I had known professionally, sending a polite LinkedIn message and connection request. My profile was viewed, but I didn’t receive a reply. A few days later, I noticed a public post from the same person encouraging others to apply. While I understand the volume of candidates can be high, a simple reply or update after the interview would have made the experience feel more thoughtful and respectful.
