Interview
The interview process consists of a one hour screening call and a 2 hour panel interview. The panel interview consists of a 30 minute presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A session. After a 15 minute break, the final hour is spent with the panel asking questions. The process is very lengthy and time consuming, especially considering the amount of preparation that goes into preparing the presentation. Had to personally reach out over 3 weeks later to be informed I would not be offered the position.

Give a 30-minute PowerPoint presentation on a cybersecurity technical topic. The presentation should be technical in focus and something candidates are able to speak to at a deep technical level.

Interview
Create a power point presentation on some cyber project you've worked on in the past. I did one on a penetration test I did in the past. Interview itself is the best one I ever had, much prefer it to arbitrary leet code problems. Would be hard if you do not have a notable project completed though.

Explain your penetration testing process, what each command you ran did along with thought process.
The interview process was just like any other. This was during COVID, so the interview was held over video call. It started off with basic information about the company and then I talked about my background. It then went into discussing some of my technical experiences. The overall interview wasn't difficult, but it wasn't a comfortable interview.
