I had a negative experience. I am well known to be experienced, competent, and dedicated to my work. But the individual on the 3rd phone screen enjoyed playing "Gotcha" in asking obscure questions about one technical aspect or another from projects 5 to 15 years ago and trick questions in general. My fault for not managing it better and not extracting myself before I was destroyed by his highly skilled takedown. I am feeling back on top now. :) This was disappointing because I was very interested in Mitre's work and mission and wanted to be a part of it. Not anymore.
