Interview
They sit you down, ask a few questions, determine if you are personable/have an IQ higher than 60, then hire you because they need to higher as many people as possible. This is because the turnover is so high - please google 'Smart Circle' , of which MGK Marketing is a part and you will understand

Interview
Not much of a job description in job posting, so when they called me for an interview I thought I would go in and see what it was about. They don't tell you much about the actual position in the first interview, they only ask questions about yourself. When I came back for the second interview I was told I'd be "shadowing" someone. I wish I could go back in time and say "no thanks" and walk out..the job is very much Sales and Promotions which is nowhere listed or discussed in the job description. It's cold calling and door to door sales and strictly commission paid. After walking door to door around the city, I was offered the job and told how much I could "possibly make" after one year of selling. You can tell they are trying to take advantage of entry level graduates, which I did not appreciate. Needless to say, this interview was the biggest waste of my time. The job posting is SCAM. Stay away!!
