Fairly quick about two weeks total from screen to hire. Only about two different interviews, and weren’t too technical. All virtual interviews and none in person for a very straightforward process.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MGAC (Leesburg, VA)
Interview
Had a call with HR. Stated they would be in touch one way or the other after passing along the information. I did not receive an update in any form. Not even the standard rejection email
I applied through other source. I interviewed at MGAC (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2021
Interview
My interview process was rather unique. I learned about the company due to their involvement with a local project and I found what they did very interesting. Through research on their website, I identified the person who I thought would be the most relevant contact for what I wanted to do, and reached out to request a networking call. We had a good conversation, and things ended there.
Several months later, I received a call from the VP of Talent for a phone screen interview. The process was very quick and smooth from there. Communications about next steps in the process were clear. I was provided timely information and feedback every step of the way . I met (virtually due to the pandemic) with a few of the team and felt like the company was as interested in making sure they were a good fit for me as in making sure I was a good fit for them.
The entire formal interview process moved quickly - about two and half weeks I felt respected and valued in our conversations and the timeliness of their process.
