MFour Web Developer interview questions

Recommended by a job agency called Job Spring Partners. Phone call first, then an in office interview with the lead dev. Did some tests, answered lots of questions, showed off my websites, then went in for a second interview just to chat and learn more, then the agency arranged an offer and I accepted.
