Interview
Very good, Interviewer was on time and was receptive. Interview started at the stated time. I think it could have been remote over MS Teams also but I did mine in person around Enfield. Place was easy to locate as its beside the road

2- How do you help a service user gain independent living?
3- What do you know about mental health
4- Are you comfortable working waking nights
5 - What will you say are the things a service user needs to gain independent living
6 - What do you know about our service delivery model
In total, about 9 questions were asked. Questions threw me a bit off balance but you are allowed to ask questions to clarify what they ask from you

Interview
At present on Microsoft Teams, I was interviewed by the service manager and a support worker. They asked relevant questions and were friendly and made the interview non intimidating. They covered most aspects of the position.
