the woman HR who conducted my interview … showed clearly … no interest talking to me, Maersk’s interview process is often slow, with poor feedback, disengaged HR, and multiple redundant rounds. Technical issues and inconsistent experiences across roles make it frustrating process

First was HR phone screening round of 10-15 min where they asked about general question about myself, my experience and career goals, salary expectations, my strength the next will be the round with the hiring manager.
