Interview process included 3 1 hour sessions with each head of business unit. The process was informal but allowed me to connect and have a conversation with various members of leadership.

Interview
Initial call with HR, which was fine. Follow up teams call with hiring manager. Questions were experience based and hiring manager explained reason Maersk were the role was available. Was told feedback would be forthcoming in the week after interview.

Hiring Manager explored background and questions were experienced based. Followed up for feedback (good or bad) from HR, was told would hear back ‘straightaway’ however after 2 weeks I haven’t received any feedback.
