Interview
I applied directly via the website after seeing a printed advert in the window of the Norwich office. I then had an in person interview in February 2023 with Emma Bunn and Rebecca Coleman. I was on my own for the one hour interview.
The interview was fairly standard, several questions regarding my current experience and career expectations. The interview was going very well until we discussed the starting salary of £21k. They assured me once fully-qualified the salary would be £35k after three years.
I made it clear this was an incredibly low salary range, notwithstanding the entry-level nature of the role. I knew I would not be accepting an offer from that moment onwards.

Had an assessment Centre Day with 14 other finalist applicants. It included 2 group activities (e.g., discussions and presentation) and a 1 on 1 interview with a Partner of the firm.
