The interview process was very straightforward, first call was with an HR recruiter who was absolutely amazing. From there we went through a panel involving about 4-5 panel members and a presentation. Everyone I spoke with made me feel very comfortable and I felt I was able to really portray who I am as an employee and a person. The process took 3 weeks

Three steps interview: recruiter - team lead - couple of potential colleagues. Focused on previous experience, languages, territories and fit on the group - standard questions in 30 min sessions normally. Sometimes that the last interview can be handled by 2 people from Lytx - HR and Team lead or Team lead and same level colleague
