Applied, they reached out to me a day later. Phone screen was 20 minutes. I'm not writing this review because I'm bitter I didn't get the job, I actually just accepted another position I'm excited about. I just thought this was one of the most unskilled interviews I'd ever had and felt the need to share with hiring leaders. I've been recruiting for 5+ years and part of being a good recruiter is taking the time to fully understand the work experience of the candidate. This recruiter was asking me cookie cutter questions that didn't apply to my work history and then would fiercely type as I tried my best to answer them (rude, use a notepad). It felt like she was trying to fill out a form. The company would be better off sending the candidate a questionnaire instead of paying someone to do it for them, would be a big money-saver. I advise hiring better Recruiters.
