Interviews consisted of two phone interviews, a homework assignment/presentation, and two in-person interviews.
The initial phone interview was with the lead recruiter. The follow-up call was with a member of the Engagement Marketing team. From there, I was assigned a project which I developed and presented in-person to the team in a panel format.
The final element of the interview process had me sitting with 10 members of the team one-on-one to discuss the position and ask questions.
