I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, on-site 1-on-1's with cross-functional group, analytics test, take-home assignment and on-site presentation. Very thorough interview process that felt like it tested every aspect of the skills that would be used on the job. Questions ranged from extremely casual and conversational to deep-dives into past experiences and case-type scenarios. Recruiters were very friendly and informative throughout the process, although I would have appreciated a more transparent view upfront of the end-to-end interview process.
