Interview
The process begins with a quick telephone interview. If the initial discussion goes well, there is a group interview at the Lyft office. This step includes a short presentation, a group activity to break the ice, a round of three 10-minute interviews, and finishes with a practical portion that requires you to respond to an email from a mock customer. After the group interview, you may be invited to a third interview that begins with two mock customer calls and ends with a couple more traditional interviews. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the process.
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
