HORRIBLE!!! They use ai to prescreen and discriminate against candidates that are fully qualified. They won’t even give you an interview if the computer doesn’t like your face or tone of voice.

The interview process was very professional. There did not seem to be that invisible pressure that comes with all interviews. Handled in a friendly yet concise manner. It was all done in a timely manner.

Interview
Very simple and straightforward. The first interview is through a website where you answer questions and you have a couple tries. It ends with two interactive games so it’s best to complete on your phone. After that you’ll get an interview with a rep.
