Interview was over a pre recorded video. It was awkward. Not able to review your recording before submitting. After recorded video, they had you play a couple video games (memory, matching) that was timed. Tip- use touch screen video monitor.

Very odd and dehumanizing. Recording interview questions with no dialog or opportunity to provide thoughtful answers. If this is how they interview I can only imagine how awful it must be to work there. Definently dodged a bullet.

Interview
Simple process, good communication, nothing out of the ordinary. The overall process was 4 interviews and straight forward. The longest part was waiting for hr to finalize and deliver the offer.
