The first round was with the hiring manager, who asked about my background, my motivation for applying for the role, as well as my strengths and weaknesses.
For the second round, I was required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation in advance about myself and a short business case. I presented this to the panel, followed by a business case study assessment. I was also asked situational questions, including how I would handle difficult teammates.
The final round was a casual coffee chat with the Head of Department, where we discussed my background, career motivations, and why I was interested in the role.Do note that the bonus here isn't high. not even 1 month.

It was pretty good and everything was explained when it is asked. Their approach was so kind and friendly. Timely call there was, and it lasted as it was told.
