I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Deltona, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview was very simple and short (~30 min). The interviewer basically just wanted to get to know you and ask a couple of trivial job-related questions. Some very basic retail questions get asks but they require little to no preparation. The time it took from applying to going to the interview was a couple days and took a couple business days to hear back.
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Yonkers, NY)
Interview
It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.
