I applied for the job on line one day. I got an interview for the next morning. I was hired by the afternoon the day after I applied. While they appear to hire most anyone, they will can you immediately if you don't demonstrate proper work behavior and ethics.
Interviewed with store's front end manager. The interview took approximately 20 minutes and received salary and offer on site. My education and years of experience were entered into computer system to generate the wage that the manager offered.

Asked about Job history , life goals , availability . Process went fairly fast . I didn’t think it would be so short. Otherwise the interview went well and management seemed personable .
