Interview
Started with a call from HR store manager after a few simple questions about availability and customer service experience. Got invited in for interview the next day. Interviewed with HR personnel . Answered 5 behavior questions then at the end met with assistant store manager whom talked more about the job and expectations. Was told I hear back in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks went by I called. They forgotten about me. However after a couple days they left me a voicemail about an offer. I never called them back. I figured I was better off somewhere else.

Applied inter company. Called from HRM about a week later. Went to interview and was called following day with offer. I accepted shortly after the call from the Store Manager and didn't have to negotiate a salary.
