Interview
There were 3 interviews conducted. the first with the HR manager. The second one was with the area manager of the department I was seeking. The third was with the store manager and area manager. The first to interviews were very similar in questions. All questions were pre determined and this "script" was not changed. The setting was comfortable and the process too about 1 hour total for those 2 interviews. The third interview was again "scripted". The 2 people took turns asking questions. Most questions were related to past experiences and how you handled them. This took about 1/2 hour. All interviewees were contacted about a week later.

Interview
Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.

Interview
They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
