I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Aug 2009
Interview
I aggressively perused employment by contacting HR often. I got an interview 2 weeks after applying only 3 days after they called me. The process was long as I did all 4 interviews at once. Human Resources/ Assistant Manager/ Operations manager/ Assistant Manager. So be prepared to be there for a couple of hours. They made me wait for the next interview several times up to a 30 min wait for one. The actual process was run of the mill hypothetical questions and open ended questions often repeating from each interview.
