Telephone Interview focusing on technical skills and background. Checking your possible contribution to the company. Offered valuable information for what exactly the role is about and how it is related to the overall growth plan of the company.
It is al online and automated. I had to send all of my papers but it was all not too bad, just CV and motivation letter. I got a negative answer a few days later. I have applied to a few other positions and get a very fast rejection. At least their system is efficient .
Applied online, after 2 weeks got a screening phone call with HR, then 2 weeks after that got an interview in person. Position still available online now 3 weeks and counting, after the interview. never heard back, followed up, no response. Really unprofessional experience to ghost candidates like that.

The interview was arranged in the course of 2 weeks which includes an initial interview as well as technical assessments to perform. After technical assessment, no news from the company (with the role still extant publicly).
