I didn't got to an interview. I received a notification via email, from LinkedIn (not LolaTech) that they decided not to proceed with my application. No reason whatsoever. Very impersonal. My experience was in their criteria, so an explanation would have been even more important. Very, very disappointing. Will not apply again.
