A brief teams call with the hiring manager, wasn't as formal as an interview and was mainly explaining the role more. I was invited to an assessment day. It consisted of a group debate, numerical assessment, scenario test and an interview with the directors. Logikal was very clear with what they were looking for and how the tasks were weighed. Great to meet the team.
