I was hired during a career fair and interviewed on the spot at the Loews booth. I was sent over to the regional recruiter for a second interview and paperwork to be filled out for the hire process. I was given a talent plus interview which is an anonymous series of personality and leadership assessment questions that are often obscure and have nothing to do with the position or industry.

It was very laid back, i met with a recruiter at the regional support office and then was sent to meet with a manager at the property i was intrested in.

Interview
Interview process wa great and they essentially hired me on the spot, even submitted a drug test. When it came down to pay, they jipped me out of a few bucks an hour pay when I am highly skilled and over qualified for the position. Big red flag and I ultimately declined their offer. I do not want to work for a company like that when that is part of the first impressions.
