Interview process was long. From the day I had a phone screening to the actual day of the interviews. that day, I ended up meeting 6 people, two of which worked in my group. I spent almost half a day at the main plant.

Hr recruiting center. Very professional! The degree of professionalism was intimidating. All candidates brought into a board room. Began with presentation of benefits and intro inspirational video to outline what company does. Excel skills test followed by formal interview. Both experience questions as well as behavioral. Process was well done and made you REALLY want an offer. Offer received via email. One week to respond.
