Applied online, The recruiter reached out for a phone screen. Met with the hiring manager for the second round. Third round was a technical challenge. 4th round was to interview with the Director.
Was screened by a recruiter then had an interview with the hiring manager the next day. It was extremely weird and unprofessional. He didn't really ask me any job related questions, but wanted to discuss unrelated topics.
Interviewed with HR, went smoothly - typical questions... Had an interview with the Hiring Manager a week later and it went amazingly. Very genuine and organic conversation. He seemed impressed with my background and thoughts on their company.. Was told to wait to hear back about next steps. Never heard a word back. Emailed them several weeks later to ask for clarity, and that wasn't even responded to. It's been over 5 months and still no response. Unacceptable practice.
