An online multiple choice followeed by an online video interview. The online interview consisted of three peoplel nonme of whom were the hiring manager listed in the vacancy details. The lead interviewer, as far as I can tell, may have been a contractor. The panel didn't seem too concerned about introductions, and I got the impression that they weren't too interested in conducting the interview. The invitation email emphasied company values but this wasn't mentioned in the interview itself. Job was later re-adviertised but with the work "Senior" added to the job title, but the rest of the job description was not obviously altered.
