    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Lloyds Banking Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice place to work as people are friendly and helpful. Flexibility in working from home. Easy to get recognized if you show some initiative and try and improve macro's and reporting.

    Cons

Systems are not very robust and because of this a lot of processes are very manual exposing the business to manual errors. Pay is very poor in comparison to similar roles in Dublin. At least €6k in the difference in similar roles.

    Advice to Management

Management need to pay staff more considering mortgages, childcare costs and taxes. It does not leave much at the end of the month.
