Online interview and assessment with multiple questions on STJ and numerical, interview questions relating to company values, why this company, why this role. Make sure to relate to core values and previous experiences use STAR.
assessment centre was hard in parts it had a section where you had 2 minutes to read something then talk about it for 4 minutes then get asked questions on it for 3
Application then online assessments including situational test and job insight. Really interesting and supposed to be reflective of kind of work you'd do with them. Online AC if successful with all that.
