Apply online, a recruiter contacts you to set up a zoom call with other managers from stores and one senior manager. It lasts for about 30 minutes, each manager randomly speaks out of turn.
Expect a phone screen first and then an in person with a supervisor and maybe a second interview with a GM. We use a lot of "tell me about a time" type of questions
