It was a series of interviews, over the phone about an hour each - the process was accurate for the level and the work required by and for the role.

The hiring process was remote via eight telephone interviews and one interview via Skype all scheduled by an in-house recruiter, all approximately 30 minutes in length. The questions were not difficult, overall fairly standard. All interviewers were dedicated to their roles and the company; they were open, honest and frank about their expectations of the role and the challenges I could be expected to face if I was hired. More than one commented (after I was hired) that I had asked them very thought provoking questions.
