The interview was very simple and straightforward. Schedule a time for the interview came in early and waited for the HR generalist. Once inside I was asked very simple questions and was able to ask any questions I may have as well.

Interview
The manager on site tried to make the interview in english, and I couldn't understand a word she was saying. I'm hispanic borned in the USA, and I told her that it was better to continue in spanish. She showed me the factory areas, but she seems very unprepared and not professional at all. Not even she told me what were the duties of a supervisor. Lack of knowledge. At the end I told her that I would think about it, and evidently I choose a better company in all ways possible.
